Darryl Howells was recommended to the client by the architect, and promptly following his instruction, Darryl prepared a robust planning statement justifying the proposed flatted development.
Darryl undertook negotiations with 2 planning officers and resolved issues of bin collection, parking requirements, flat unit sizes and tree related constraints. The Senior Planning Officer agreed with Darryl’s interpretation of the scheme considering adopted policies and approved the scheme.
