Darryl Howells was instructed to prepare and submit a planning application to turn the bungalow into a 3 storey townhouse. Using his extensive knowledge of planning policies and previously accepted arguments, Darryl was able to convince the planning officer to support the planning application quickly and without any alteration to the plans. There was a negotiation regarding exterior materials, however Darryl resolved that concern quickly and the scheme was approved.
