DHPC are working closely with David James Architects to deliver an iconic building, positioned in the centre of Bournemouth, adjacent to several Listed Buildings. The contemporary scheme offers 31no. flats of various sizes and layout and will offer the occupiers spacious, open plan living environments, large glazing apertures, and energy efficient homes. The building had been designed to sit comfortably within the context of other taller buildings including the Hilton Hotel yet be respectful to the adjacent listed buildings on Upper Terrace.

The planning application has been submitted to the Local Planning Authority, and negotiations are positive continuing to date.
