Working with DMW Architects, Simon Corp and Richard Nicholson, DHPC has secured planning permission to demolish a hotel and erect a block of 28no. flats (including 5no. holiday let) in a conservation area in Bournemouth.
DHPC led the design team and positively engaged with the Local Planning Authority, and negotiated to resolve the Council’s concerns regarding the design, quantum of development, refuse and bicycle provision and dormer design. Following the production of amended plans, and further robust justification with evidence, DHPC manged to secure the permission under the officer’s delegated powers.
