Summary:
DHPC was instructed to prepare and submit a planning application to increase the floorspace of the clubhouse to increase the number of covers, and make alterations to the existing vehicular access to ease traffic movements. The site was in the green belt, so robust planning arguments were necessary to convince the planning officer that no harm would occur. DPHC convinced the officer with relative ease, backed with good and well presented planning drawings.
