Using the plans, Darryl provided a full justification for the scheme set in an older, more traditional street scene and convinced the Local Planning Authority to support the dwelling and its massive basement that accommodates a games room, cinema, bar, and car display areas… The ‘total bachelor pad dream’. The application was well received by the planning officer and supported under her delegated powers.
