SUMMARY:

DHPC was instructed to prepare a robust planning statement, submit and handle the application to erect a block of 10 flats on a grass verge. Using the plans, prepared by David James Architects, Darryl was able to convince the planning officer of the merits of the scheme, and its positive impact it would have to the wider residential area. 

Amended plans were needed to respond to highway officer concerns. Darryl then had to prepare a rebuttal to the commentary of the Urban Design officer’s objections.  The rebuttal was accepted, and the scheme supported under delegated powers.
