DHPC supported the planning application with a robust planning statement justifying the scheme having regard to adopted policies, however in this instance the dwelling is positioned in the countryside so Darryl had to provide planning arguments to counter that policy objection. During the consideration of the application, it seems the Local Planning Authority sought to refuse the application on any ground, however Darryl’s positivity and constructive method of working resolved those issues. Darryl then travelled 192 miles (roundtrip) to support the application at Planning Committee, which lead to its approval.
