Summary:
The scheme sought the demolition of a dwelling, and the erection of 2no. large chalet bungalows. Darryl influenced the design from the outset, then provided robust planning arguments for the housing scheme which were accepted by the planning officer. There was a delay caused by ecological surveys, however the application was approved under delegated powers, as quickly as it could be.
