Summary:

Following a refusal of a 2 storey dwelling by a different agent, DHPC convinced the applicant that we could secure planning permission for a 3 storey town house of contemporary architecture. Using the architect’s plans, and DHPC’s experience and knowledge, we were able to provide robust evidence that the scheme would harm no amenities of neighbours, but positively contribute to the character and appearance of the area.
