Summary:
The client gave instruction to Darryl to apply to the Council to extend the existing garage to enlarge the floorspace, then add an additional storey and convert to a detached chalet bungalow. The second part of the application was to secure a new direct vehicular access off Ringwood Road. The whole site is in the Green Belt. Armed with plans and aided with transportation support from James Bevis of i-transport LLP, Darryl was able to convince the planning officer that the scheme complied with adopted planning policies. The application was then approved under the officer’s delegated powers.
