Summary:
Darryl Howells enjoys making new contacts with architects, and this project was the first between DHPC and Studio Essen. The application sought permission for the conversion of the existing garage block into a detached 3 bedroom dwelling with private garden area.
Using the plans, Darryl was able to construct robust planning arguments supporting the proposals and its impact to the West Cliff & Poole Hill Conservation Area. There was a little negotiation handled by Darryl, but at the end the application was approved under the officer’s delegated powers.
