Summary:
DHPC supported the ambitious plans and with the assistance of Richard Nicholson (arboricultural consultant), we presented a co-ordinated proposal which accorded with adopted planning policies from the outset. There was no negotiation with the Local Planning Authority and the scheme was approved quickly as DHPC had provided the scheme with fully justified argument in planning terms. Matters addressed were design, quantum of development, relationship to trees, flood risk and management.
