Using the plans, Darryl was able to provide a comprehensive and convincing planning statement to justify the scheme in light of the prevailing pattern of development and the adjacent Branksome Park Conservation Area.

The planning officer met with Darryl on site and gave him positivity, confirming that the recommendation would be to approve as the arguments put forward demonstrated that our interpretation of subjective planning policies were aligned with the Council’s own position. The scheme was approved under delegated powers.
