Because we have direct, extensive decision-making experience in a local authority planning department. As a result, we recognise fully the details and constraints within the planning system.

Equally importantly, we know how to ensure that as much as possible, your application complies with the council’s policies. Or, if compliance isn’t possible, we can often offer robust planning argument to outweigh those policies.
